First of all, you never stated what account you were talking about, and second of all, you never said how much the software cost that you purchased. It's very possible that whatever you got was expensive, and that the tax added to that and you had to spend that much. If that's not the case, I'm not sure what's wrong. Maybe you were scammed or something.
