Are mixed children about to be the replacement of black people?

There are a lot of mixed Hispanic children now. Why? I'm now being recognized as a Dominican or puerto rican. I'm actually spaniard and black. I like it tho. At least I can be recognized as a different race. I dont want to be just black. Hispanic rock.! I'm not racist or anything by the way.
