Pubic hair problems, girl question?

ok so im 14, and ive never been close enuf to a guy for him to yano wana finger me or anthing so im not really doing this to please anyone, i really wana be bare down there, i was watching girls of the playboy mansion on E! yesterday and holly kendra and bridget are all bare down there and it looks really clean and comfortable, i cant wx because im 14 and im hardly gona ask my mum to take me for a waxing, the only option is shaving but my friend said you have to shave down there a certain way to avoid bumps and redness :/ also when i shave my pits theres stil stuble there, it was shave completly :/ its annoying, also i have hair inside of my bum how do i get rid of this aswell :/ please help, no rude answers :) xxxx
