Mustang smog question/X-Pipe?

I live in California, I have a catted Bani X pipe on my 99GT. This is my first time having to smog my car, last year I didnt have to smog it. I still have the old stock H pipe with the six cats on it. Has anybody ever ped smog in CA with a catted X pipe? I have till August, but I already got the notice and would like to do it ASAP.
