sand into gl from lightning. totally different kinds of pyramids and human development is exponential not linear. its rate increases faster the longer time given to develop. also slaves were not the entire workforce on the pyramids... farmers who had nothing else to do and got paid for the work contributed substantially, what would u do during the time that the nile was flooded and your crops were covered?
