How was your husband/partner after you brought home new baby?

How did he cope with the sleepless nights? Was he much help? Mine is at work ALL the time...I know he has to at the moment...we need the money...but he is short tempered....he loves the baby it is our 2nd...but he is no real support for me...after I have been at home with a 3 year old (very jealous one) and a new baby all day alone, I look forward to talking to an adult...but he is not very conversational...I keep the house very well and always cook....but he is snappy and sometimes downright MEAN to me. I feel sad at the moment....
