How do i get my veins more visible for bloodwork?

i have lyme disease and i am supposed to get a pic line in my arm for a month n when i went to the hospital they couldnt find my veins in my arms. when i get blood taken it takes so many times for them to get a vein. is there anything i can do to make them pop up or anything so they are visible to the doctors???
