I would like to start my own online retail shop for dog clothing and more. I have the site, i have the traffic

PROBLEM IS...i dont have the merch. And a very low budget. Any ideas as to how to jumpstart it on a small scale will be appreciated. Maybe someone knows someone that uses a specific retailer/wholesaler. I am in the tri-state area..not far from nyc. Thanks
