I'm so confused! Am I wrong?

My boyfriend of 8 months and I work together. Sometimes the guys at work show him . And sometimes he will check out a girl outright in front of me. It's always ones with big . I have a particularly small chest because of a birth defect. I called him out on it (when we were alone. Not in front of anyone) because it makes me feel bad. And he said my insecurities were my problem and I needed to get over it. Is this right??? I think he's being a d*ck! Am I supposed to look the other way when we're at work?? He's currently pouting in a back office. What should I say to him? HELP!
