My hedgehog had babies and were moving, advice?

We had no idea we were going to be moving. Other wise I wouldn't have breed her. We are moving because of a job offer. Anyways my hedgehog, just had her first litter. By the time we move the babies will be 4wks. I am just consern about the disturbance this will cause her. Because from what I read, when disturb they will eat their babies. Any advice? do you think i should seperate and hand feed them? I know they would do much better with their mom. She is a good mom
