How can I get rid of this message- "A runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to Debug?"?

This is an add on feature to allow someone to debug the problem with the code. If this is annoying to you, you could just turn off the Microsoft Debugger and the message will stop, but you trade off the fact that some code may fail to run and you won't know when it's failing because this message was suppressed.
