Why don't they deliver more types of fast food (besides pizza, chinese, and some subs)?

I live in a tiny podunk town where the only place that delivers is Subway....so I'd like it if anyone else delivered! A pizza delivery place in this town would be heavenly lol. I think it'd be great if any of the fast food places delivered, like Arbys, Hardees, or Burger King.
