Doctors asked to police the benefits system?

Almost daily now,even during the Budget,we are told of sick people being 'layabouts'and now GP'S are being asked to produce'well 'notes re what thy can do etc, and only produce 'sick notes'if someone is dying!it's like a gradual erosion of the welfare state and this so called labour government contining from Blair and the previous Tory government.It's really coming to something when f-ing ministers are involving in bringing doctors into maintaining government legislation!!
