I keep having really bad pain in my upper right side, just under my lung. What could it be?

Ive been to the ER twice, they did tests for pancreatitis appendicitis & gull stones. What else could it be? It hurts just to breathe. It feels like I have something stabbing me from the inside out & it just keeps getting worse & worse. Please help, the Drs are acting stupid like they dont have time.
