Chances of getting into john Hopkins, or other med schools like harvard, yale or rice... ?

I am a sophmore and i currently have a 4.0 weighted gpa, i am starting a habitat for humanity club at the school so next year i will be a founder and vice prez of it...i also volunteer @ a saint jude....what are my chances and what can i do to improve them?
