Dealing with my NOSEY girlfriend?

My fiancee (22) came home early and found my laptop open. She poked around, and found a video of me having with her young sister (17) and mother. She's freaking out, but we only did it once - and nobody knows about it. How can I get her to calm down and understand that she violated my privacy!
