My friend's boyfriend groped me, should I tell her? Tell my parents?

I'm sixteen years old and well at school my friend's boyfriend of two years/ fiance (he proposed to her before he graduated this year. Well my friends and I were throwing a party in the library for one of our friends and when the others were in cl he was the only one to help set up. Our friend's mom gave us a key to her car to get the cooler of sodas for the party. He asked me, "So you still haven't given me a present yet for my birthday" I told him "Well I could give it to your girlfriend to give it to you during the summer" I turned to leave as He then proceeded to wrap his arms around me and said "It can be anything you know? And you never turn your back on a boy" His right hand came to rest on my and he squeezed hard to the point that it hurt and left bruises. He apologized right after saying, "guy hormones I'm sorry, I sometimes lose control of them" So what should I do? should I tell my friend? Let alone should I tell my parents?
